It felt weird - not uncomfortable, just different, especially when I rolled on my side - and I wondered if I could adjust quickly enough to fall asleep. I would warn anyone looking to this company to look at local businesses to purchase a bed. As for the bed comfort, it was ok, not outstanding for the high price just ok. We also just put in the request that they come pickup the bed, per their 100 day return policy, since they just seemingly could not get anything correct. We did decide to simply email the service department and explain to them the continued failure. We tried to call customer service and found this time that we could not talk with someone but had to call back Monday or email. Do not want to wrongfully accuse someone of something. We did double check to see tat we did have in the original email for the replacement parts that it stated there were two and not only one. So based on the original performance of helix and their wonderful service, we would be in for another two weeks waiting for the additional part to come to us. When we finally received the two replacement parts, it was only one that we were sent. Their mistake and we were made to wait an extended period of time when it was not something that was a custom one of a kind part? It gets better. We then had to wait for almost two weeks for the parts to be sent to us. ![]() resent the pics and then were told that they would send us out two new replacement parts for the parts that were not built correctly. ![]() We called the next day and had to explain the entire thing over to a new customer service guru. it is safe to assume that when Helix makes a mistake they choose to simply ignore the customer as opposed to address the problem and fix it. We emailed the pics to him and he was supposed to immediately call us back with what to do next. The customer service person argued with us questioning if we really did know what we were doing and to the point that we took pictures of the parts that were not correct based on their instructions. We called customer service and explained the problem. The foundation pieces were incorrect, as in they did not come with the correct parts to allow us to assemble the base. The failures began the minute we started to set up the bed.
